The scope of the Hellenic Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (HSSMGE) is the study, development and dissemination of research and applications of Soil Mechanics and Foundations Engineering and related branches of Geotechnical Engineering.
MEMBERS
The Hellenic Society for Soils Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (HSSMGE) is the representative of the International Society for Soils Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE) as well as the representative of the International Society for Rock Mechanics (ISRM) in Greece. Colleagues becoming our members, according to Article 4 of the HSSMGE Statutes.
PUBLICATIONS
THE ATHENIAN LECTURE
The Athenian Lecture on Geotechnical Engineering is the second most important institution of HSSMGE and is delivered by a distinguished Geotechnical Engineer, either of Greek or foreign nationality.
